Can someone point me to general troubleshooting locations?Īny ideas on how I can resolve this would be greatly appreciated. May be you updated AWStats without updating browsers. However, after a manual tally, the stats pages are still not updated. The cron jobs exist and I keep getting this at the top of the awstats page: Never updated (See Build/Update on awstatssetup. I did do the custombuild thing again, and it processed without error. Im running iRedMail on an Ubuntu server and everything works perfectly except awstats is not being updated. I can't find any info on removing or completely reinstalling AWStats. I'm not concerned with keeping old data, etc. What I think I want to do is completely remove AWStats and reinstall it fresh. I've searched the entire server for files with similar names and can't find a thing. It would seem the files are not being written anywhere. Stats haven't been updated for a few weeks now. The problem is that when viewing the stats through DA, the resulting pages are NOT updated. It's takes an appropriate amount of time so it appears it's doing it's job. I can do a manual tally in SSH with no errors. I find this extremly hard to believe, especially since it has run fine for over 1 year and only started having consistent problems over the last.
